The new Jamrich Hall also houses academic department offices for sociology, social work and anthropology, the English department, the math and computer science department, and the criminal justice department. A unique MEP engineering facet of the project includes the cross connection of Jamrich Hall with the new Science and Learning Resource Center chilled water plants to create a distributed primary-secondary chilled water system. The project includes electric centrifugal and steam absorption chillers, and new below ground chilled water piping routed through an existing campus, coordinating with existing utilities.
