Twelve Award-Winning Projects Selected by Esteemed Jury of Peers from NYC

Prime + Proper and the Titletown Ariens Hill Sledding Hill Pavilion  both with architectural lighting design provided by Illuminart, have been recognized with AIA Michigan Design Awards in the Interior Category. In addition, The Detroit Foundation Hotel received an AIA Michigan Design Award under the Building Category.

DFH Recently Voted one of the 'Best New Hotels in the World,' by Condé Nast Traveler Magazine

The Detroit Foundation Hotel, with architectural lighting design provided by Illuminart, has been awarded an IES Illumination Award of Merit. This month, DFH was also named by Condé Nast Traveler Magazine editors one of 2018's, 'Best New Hotels in the World.'

University of Michigan ASCP Project, with MEP Engineering and Lighting Design by PBA, Recognized with Pyramid Award from the Washtenaw Contractors Association (WCA)

Two Additional PBA Projects Nominated

The University of Michigan's Athletics South Competition and Performance project, with MEP engineering design and architectural lighting design by Peter Basso Associates, has won a Pyramid Award from the Washtenaw Contractors Association (WCA) for Best Project Team for Projects Over $25 Million. Additional PBA project nominees included The University of Michigan Medical Science Building 2 Clinical Simulation Suite and Michigan State University's Federal Credit Union Headquarters 2 (PBA provided commissioning services).
