Visual elements expected in a traditional Catholic house of worship are blended with modern lighting concepts: the general lighting uses point sources to create visual contrasts on ceilings and extract the warmth of the surrounding finishes.

The effect achieves indirect illumination qualities for a comfortable glare-free environment, excellent vertical facial illumination and reading comfort for the elderly.  Historical stained glass was salvaged, repaired, cleaned and illuminated.  Back-lit by high CCT LED panels, the stained glass appears as natural daylight windows.
