Outpatient Tower and East Tower | Amman, Jordan
King Hussein Cancer Center chose to greatly expand its facility in response to increasing needs for cancer care in Jordan and neighboring countries. The approximate 430,000 square foot facility includes provisions for 152 adult and pediatric inpatients, as well as comprehensive diagnostic treatment facilities and outpatient clinics. The new facility is connected to the existing facility by a bridge which crosses a major thoroughfare.
Peter Basso Associates provided complete Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design services for the Schematic Design and Design Development phases in addition to peer review during the contract document phase of this project. The contract documents were prepared by a firm located in Amman.
