Andrew possesses 20 years’ experience designing HVAC systems and functionally testing HVAC equipment and building systems to evaluate performance, and make recommendations for improvement in both operation and energy consumption for energy audits and retro-commissioning projects. In addition, Andrew serves as our in-house expert for load calculations and energy modeling. He has experience in a variety of energy modeling software packages and has developed proven energy savings calculation spreadsheets. He prepares energy modeling and life cycle cost analyses to guide the design team and owner to optimize building systems, and assists owners in achieve LEED and Energy Star certification.
