Peter Basso Associates provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design for renovation of the South Commons and Rock Café. Converting the existing traditional cafeteria-style dining facility into Marche-style food service provides students with an inviting space and allowed the University to increase seating capacity. Classroom space in the South Commons building was also renovated into a full service convenience store. Total space undergoing renovation was 30,000 SF.
